Our engineering department utilizes Esprit 2015 2D/3D CAD/CAM software and also a UNIX based software package Softech Cimcad 2D/3D CAD/CAM. File formats that we can accept include, but are not limited to DXF - IGS - DWG - ESP - SLDPRT - STEP - X_T. We combine our state-of-the-art-equipment, highly skilled tool & die makers and precision machinists to design exact stamping dies to meet your job requirements.

 

Stamping die manufacturing involves a precision step-by-step process beginning with a project tooling timeline that includes, but is not limited to, die design, purchasing, machining and milling, heat treatment, finish grinding, assembly, and die try-out. PPAP submission for new stamping dies is available when required by the customer or contract. To ensure our customers that we are meeting their end-product requirements, we utilize a complete line of checking equipment. We continually monitor our die making processes to ensure effectiveness in building precision stamping dies. We strive to improve all aspects of our company for our customers and we stand by our die products and services.
